Nothing too much trouble, the venue met my requirements. My 2 nights in Alcala de Henares were very pleasant. I got complimentary quadruple room as an upgrade, nice gesture. I thoroughly enjoyed the view over the city from my balcony. The staff I encountered were outstandingly accommodating and friendly. The hotel's position was magnificent, so close to the centre, and Alcalá de Henares.

The rooms at Casa de Huéspedes Vecinodecerbantes are amazing! I stayed in a double room that had a flat-screen TV, which was perfect for some evening entertainment. The bed was super comfortable too - I slept like a baby!

Personally, I didn't really use the desk in the room. It felt a bit unnecessary for me as a budget traveler, and I would have preferred to have some extra space instead.
